Now this is the question we've been waiting for.  So here's our best answers:

1. Spell check is for the weak.
2. Because rules are for brands with one G.
3. Legend has it the second G just showed up one day and refused to leave. We respected that energy.
4. We added an extra G after the first one quit because it couldn’t handle all this attitude.
5. Because one G wasn’t spiky enough.
6. If Boss Hogg can have 2 G's so can the Hedgehogg.
7. Two G's - Zero apologies.  Deal with it.
